There was a new trailer released this week for Danai’s upcoming movie All Eyez On Me. If you haven’t heard, it’s a biopic based on the life of the rapper Tupac Shakur. Danai plays Afeni Shakur, Tupac’s mother. Watch the new trailer below!
The September 2016 issue of Atlanta Magazine was released today! I’ve got scans of Danai Gurira on the cover of the magazine, as well as inside. There’s also a nice interview where she discusses her role on The Walking Dead, as well as her upcoming projects Black Panther and All Eyez On Me. She also talks a little bit about life in Atlanta.
